SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days.  There are no shipping charges if items are shipped to and picked up at the clinic.  We recommend this option.

All sales final.  Please ensure that you have the correct items selected before finalizing your purchase.  Talk to our team if you are not sure about what to order.

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

Veterinary Centre is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery.

Shipping costs to your home are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.  Additional shipping fees may apply if Purolator cannot find the address given.
